Premiership Preview

We have a look ahead at Saturday fixtures this week in the Premiership and I add my bets for each game!

Sheffield United Vs Manchester City

First game of Saturday is the 12:30 KO, Sheffield United are 19th and only have one point so far this season after a draw against Fulham 2 weeks ago! Sheffield United once again without John Fleck who is a key player is the Midfield.

City are currently 12th and are coming off the back of a 1-1 Draw last week to West Ham. City have no looked their best so far this season and will be without Sergio Aguero and Benjamin Mendy but are boosted by the returns of Nathan Ake and Gabriel Jesus.

Manchester City have never lost to Sheffield United in the Premiership winning 5 games and drawing 3. Both sides have conceded at least 1.5 goals per games this season, so I would hammer home a Manchester City win and over 2.5 goals which is price at 8/11 on Sky Bet.

Burnley Vs Chelsea

The only 3pm kick off this Saturday, Burnley are looking for their first win of the season. Currently 18th in the table and coming off the back of a 1-0 defeat to spurs, they will be looking to bounce back here. They will be without Ben Mee, Jack Cork, Phil Bardsley and Erik Pieters once again.

Chelsea are 10th so far this season coming off the back of two draws and have no injury concerns ahead of the trip to Turf More. Chelsea have never lost at Turf More in the Premiership and will look to extend this streak.

I see a Chelsea win and a clean sheet due to Burnley only scoring 3 goals in the last 5 games. A Chelsea win and Burnley not to score is currently priced at 15/8 on Sky Bet.

Liverpool Vs West Ham

The final game of Saturday, Liverpool are riding high in 2nd place after 6 games. Fabinho and Virgil Van Dijk are out of this game while Naby Keita and Thiago are doubtful. They are coming off a win at home last week and will look to continue that momentum this weekend.

West Ham are without key striker Michail Antonio but have no other injury worries. West Ham are unbeaten in their last 4 games and will look to grind out another result at Anfield.

Liverpool are unbeaten in the last 8 premiership games against West Ham and I see that continuing. The loss of Antonio is massive for West Ham and will need someone to set up to challenge this weakened Liverpool defence.

I see this as a Liverpool win with over 2.5 goals, this is priced at 8/11 on Sky Bet.

My lock of today is over 9 corners for Manchester City Vs Sheffield United. They are averaging 7 corners per game but I see them dominating this game and forcing corners against this Sheffield United Defence. This is priced at 7/4 on Sky Bet!
