The end of the transfer window is coming which means the league season is just around the corner. Here is one transfer I think Watford need to make.

Watford need to solidify the defence if they stand any chance of staying in the premiership this season, a solid CB would be ideal. The player I would try and sign is Phil Jones from Manchester United, yes I know he hasn’t played much football due to injury but he has premiership and international experience and also he is free to leave Old Trafford after the signing of Varane. He would be a good signing for Watford even if it is on a short deal loan with an option to buy.
