This one is easy, go break the bank for Harry Kane. This transfer just makes sense putting the best striker with the best midfielder in the league and weakening a rival team at the same time. He brings more than goals to a team but Pep needs to make sure he is getting Spurs Harry Kane and not England Harry Kane.
