Premiership Preview

Back again with everyone’s favourite Premiership Preview! Let’s look ahead to this today’s fixtures!

Burnley Vs Everton 12:30 KO

The early kick off is a clash of two teams with only 1 win in their last 5 games. Burnley are coming off the back of a 5-0 drumming at the hands of Man City but will have star keeper Nick Pope back for this game. This will be Sean Dyche’s 200th match in charge in the Premiership and will be hoping to mark this with a win.

Everton started strong this season but the wheels have started to come off in recent weeks. They are now 8th in the table and have only picked up 4 points in their last six games! They have no new injuries concerns and will be hoping Dom Calvert Lewin will add to his 10 goals this season.

This fixture has never produced a draw in the 12 meetings of the team with Everton winning 7 of these games but their last win at Turf Moor was in 2018.

Man City Vs Fulham 15:00 KO

Both games come into this game after wins in their last games. Man City have no new injury concerns and record goalscorer Sergio Aguero is 50/50 for this game at the Eithad. Man City are unbeaten in their last 39 games against newly promoted sides and will be hoping this run carries on.

Fulham are looking to win their second away game in a row for the first time in the premiership for the first time since 2013. They will still be without RB Kenny Tete who has been out since the game Vs Villa a few weeks ago.

Man City have won the last 7 games vs Fulham in the league scoring 21 goals and only conceded in 3 in return. City have kept a clean sheet in the last 3 of them games.

West Ham Vs Man United 17:30 KO

The biggest game of the day is the evening KO between two teams that have identical form in the last 5 games and have won their last 3 games.

West Ham are 5th so far this season but will be without key striker Michail Antonio for this key fixture but Andriy Yarmolenko has returned to training after recovering from COVID. The loss of Antonio will be massive for West Ham and will be interesting to see who replaces him.

Man Utd were lucky to come away with a result at Southampton last week, star player (soon to be sir) Marcus Rashford is 50/50 for this game but other than that they have no new injury concerns. The Hero of last week Edinson Cavani will be pushing for a start and this will be a selection headache for Ole.

West Ham are unbeaten at the London stadium Vs Man Utd in their last 3 games with Man Utd’s last win being in 2017.

Chelsea Vs Leeds 20:00 KO

Chelsea have been one of the best teams this season and are currently 5th in the table and have only lost one game all season. They have no injury concerns but do have a choice to make up front with Olivier Giroud scoring 4 goals in mid week. Chelsea have solid defence and have only conceded one goal this season with Edouard Mendy between the sticks.

Leeds are unbeaten in their last two games and won away at Everton last week. They have been very hit and miss so far this season but are comfortably sitting mid table. They also have no new injury concerns and will be hoping winger Raphinha will be able to open up the Chelsea back 4. The last time Leeds won at Stamford Bridge was in 1999 when Stephen McPhail scored twice.
